Vitapet Normal Strength R~A Formula contains a unique blend of selected fish and vegetable oils, rich in polyunsaturates, especially the omega 3 nutrients, EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) as well as Vitamins A, D and E, supplying the active principles of wheatgerm oil.
The omega 3 fatty acids play an important role in the animal’s body metabolism. Research has indicated that increased levels of EPA & DHA will help to maintain pain-free, supple and mobile joints. These two important nutrients have been identified as being extremely beneficial in helping maintaining a healthy heart and circulation.
With over 65 years experience in refining highly selective blends of oils, Vitapet Normal Strength R~A Formula has been specially formulated to contain Vitamin E, an important in vivo antioxidant.
Daily Recommendations
Mix the following amounts daily with food using a 5ml teaspoon.
ADULTS
Cats..............................................5ml - 10ml
Small Breeds (5-14kg)..................7.5ml - 10ml
Medium Breeds (15-25kg)..............10ml - 15ml
Large Breeds (25 - 35kg)...............15ml - 20ml
Very Large Breeds (35kg+)............20ml - 25ml
Use the lower amount for general maintenance. The higher rate should be fed to pregnant bitches/whelping bitches. For cats, use the higher rate in winter and for queens in kitten.
If any other Vitapet conditioner is being fed at the same time, reduce the amount of it by half, and maintain the above recommendations.
